We are thrilled to welcome new partner Michael Kivowitz to Russo & Gould. Michael’s focus is on Medical Malpractice, Professional Liability (E&O/D&O), General Liability and Construction Liability. Physicians, medical professionals, hospitals and nursing facilities turn to him to represent them in complex medical malpractice cases in New York State and Federal courts, as well as in actions brought by the Office of Professional Medical Conduct (OPMC). 

Before joining the firm, Michael was managing partner at another Manhattan firm, where he was responsible for the day-to-day operations and management. At Russo & Gould, he will continue to develop his successful professional and liability general liability defense practice in a firm  with a deep bench of talent to support his practice areas.

Michael is an avid Michigan Wolverines fan. When he’s not at work, you may find him taking in college basketball or a Little League game in his hometown of Tenafly, where he serves as the league’s treasurer.
