Seth I. Kudler, a partner at Russo & Gould, is a seasoned attorney with substantial litigation experience. Before joining Russo & Gould, he was the managing partner at a civil litigation firm. Seth is an accomplished civil defense, litigation attorney; he is a results-oriented individual and works well in fast-paced litigation environments. He handles claims on behalf of multiple insurance carriers as well as self-insureds.

Seth has a strong background in the areas of general liability, auto liability, premises liability and civil litigation He has a proven ability to manage a caseload from inception through conclusion. He formulates short and long-term strategies, communicates values, and drives critical decisions in order to meet or exceed stated objectives.

When away from the office he appreciates spending time with his family. Seth tries to be the best person, husband, father, and friend he can be. He believes in trying to make a difference in the lives of those with whom he has the privilege of interacting with.
