Charlotte McLellan is an associate attorney with Russo & Gould LLP, where she handles all stages of litigation involve complex claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Charlotte served as a Deputy State's Attorney in Vermont, gaining extensive courtroom experience investigating and prosecuting misdemeanor and felony crimes. During her time in law school, Charlotte spent time working with the criminal division of the Vermont Office of the Attorney General.
In her free time, Charlotte enjoys skiing, traveling, exploring New York City, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills.
On October 9, 2025, attorneys from Russo & Gould LLP took center stage at the Defense Association of New York (DANY) CLE seminar, The Nuts and Bolts of Summary Jury Trial - Expedited Justice, held at the State Insurance Fund Building in Lower Manhattan.
