Hannah Carmel is an accomplished practitioner with extensive experience in New York Labor Law and construction-related litigation. She also has substantial experience handling complex tort claims. Over the course of her career, she has developed a strong reputation for handling complex legal matters with precision and dedication. Hannah has represented general contractors, construction managers, design professionals, and subcontractors in disputes involving New York Labor Law, design defect claims and breach of contract actions. Her expertise spans all stages of litigation, from the pleadings stage to trial. She has successfully counseled clients on risk management strategies and has a proven track record of resolving disputes through alternative dispute resolution methods. David Gould, with the assistance of his mentor Joseph Fegan, successfully defended a damages-only traumatic brain injury (TBI) case in the Supreme Court Suffolk County before Judge George Nolan. Christine Cirola v. Karen Johnson, Index No.: 617768-21. A total of 11 witnesses were called over a span of two weeks. The plaintiff''s attorney argued that his client sustained "a mild TBI" as a result of the accident and he requested that the jury award his client $1,000,000 in compensation.
