Trishé Hynes obtained a summary judgment dismissal of a third-party complaint brought against a driver who was rear-ended while merging onto the highway.  The Court held that our client was not negligent in the happening of the accident as a matter of law, and the third-party plaintiff had failed to raise any triable issues of fact in opposition to the motion for summary judgment.
