Congratulations go out to Trishe Hynes whose pre-Answer motion to dismiss the plaintiff’s wrongful death Complaint was granted. This was a tragic case where the infant-claimant, who drowned in pool in Erie County. Her estate made a claim of negligent supervision against the insureds who were her foster parents.
