Please join us in congratulating our newest partner, Cecil Floyd! Cecil joined us in 2012, bringing his decades of experience to the firm. He focuses on the defense of general liability matters and works with a broad range of clients, including construction companies, property owners and managers, restaurants, trucking companies, product manufacturers, gas stations, bus companies, utilities and small businesses. 

Over the course of his 35-year career, Cecil has taken dozens of high exposure cases to verdict on behalf of numerous major liability and casualty insurance carriers and has a substantial record of obtaining defense verdicts. When he isn’t working with his clients, you can find him with guitar in hand, playing jazz, blues and classical guitar, or playing tennis and billiards.
