Jennifer is a seasoned attorney with over twenty years of experience. She focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation with an emphasis on personal injury actions that include motor vehicle accident, premises liability and property damage cases. She has written and argued numerous successful appeals in the 1st and 2nd Departments.
In her free time, Jennifer volunteers her time as Treasurer on the Board of Girl Scouts of Suffolk County for Service Unit 604 and as a Girl Scout Troop leader. She spearheads numerous community service projects in her community throughout the year. She is a regular donor at the New York Blood Center.
Senior Associate Jennifer Cheong successfully obtained summary judgment on behalf of Russo & Gould''s client, a commercial tenant in Newark, NJ. The suit was filed by a pedestrian plaintiff alleging severe personal injuries, including hip surgery, and damages arising out of a trip and fall incident due to an alleged defect in the abutting public sidewalk. It was alleged that our client was responsible for maintenance and repair of the loss location.
