Congratulations go out to David Gould and Jillian Oliff who received a unanimous defense verdict before Judge Aaron Maslow in the Supreme Court Kings County on the Ihor Verhalyuk v. Matthew Gonzalez and Legends Limo NYC Case, Index Number 512762/18.  The plaintiff was a rear seat passenger in our client’s livery cab when it rear ended an ambulette that was stopped at a traffic light.  The plaintiff alleged herniated discs and rotator cuff tears to both shoulders.  David and Jillian argued that the impact to was too slight to have caused tears in either shoulder plus he now works as an electrician for the NY/NJ Port Authority which is a physically demanding job thus he is alleged injuries were not permanent or consequential.
